How do I order my invites?

• Step 1 - Simply browse through the ranges of invites in the day, evening and thank you categories
• Step 2 - Select the design that you like
• Step 3 - Choose the colour of your invites
• Step 4 - Input your text
• Step 5 - Select a quantity and then click 'add to basket'

Easy peasy!

How do I upload my text?
When you have chosen your invite colour (Step 3 above), the page will have 2 text boxes at the bottom. The left box is for text on the front of the invite (i.e. your names) and the right box is for text on the back of the invite (i.e. all those important details that get people turning up at the correct place and time!). You can type directly in these boxes or copy and paste from another document.

What happens if I have made a mistake with the wording/spelling?
After ordering, you will be emailed a version of your invite (a proof), for you to approve. If you spot any errors just let us know by return email so that your order isn’t printed. However in our experience it is much easier, safer and quicker to check all text thoroughly for spellings, dates and contact information before you pay for your invites!

What are the invites actually like?
All our invites are 13.9 cm x 10.7 cm (portrait or landscape depending on the range). The invites are digitally printed (full colour) on a 215gsm artboard (nice and thick!) with a glossy front and a matt back, so you can write on it if you like.

How do I pay?
You can pay online using our secure server that is provided by ProTX.

Is delivery and envelopes included in the price?
Yes both the required amount of white envelopes and delivery to you is included in the price.

How safe are my payment details?
100% safe; all payments are handled by ProTX, the world's largest online payments provider. They deal with your card details and all your information, meaning that we never store ANY of your card information.

How long will I have to wait until I receive my invites?
Once you have approved your emailed proof you can expect your printed invitations to be with you within 21 days.

Why are my invites slightly different in colour to the ones on screen?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a perfect colour match mainly due to the variety of colour settings on different computers.

Can I write on the invites?
Yes you can! If you want to personalise aspects of your invites (such as adding guests names etc) then go ahead, just leave appropriate spacing in your wording, or you leave it completely blank (this can be nice for Thank you Cards). The invites have a matt finish on the back, which make them ideal for writing on. If your chosen invite design has a dark background then white, silver or gold ‘gel pens’ look lovely. Or you can just write names on the envelopes, it saves a lot of time!
