How do I order my invites?

Step 1 - Simply browse through the ranges
Step 2 - Select the design that you like
Step 3 - Choose the colour of your invites
Step 4 - Input your text (you can use our template, or simply delete that and add your own wording if you prefer)
Step 5 - Select a quantity and then click 'add to basket'

I really want to order, but you don't have the design in my colour scheme

Not a problem! Most of our designs can be tailored to fit any colour scheme. Simply email us with your colours and we will do our best to fit in with your ideas.

It is usually a very quick process and therefore we do not charge extra for this service.

How do I upload my text?

When you have chosen your invite colour (Step 3 above), the page will have 2 text boxes at the bottom. The left box is for text on the front of the invite (i.e. your names) and the right box is for text on the back or inside of the invite (i.e. all those important details that get people turning up at the correct place and time!). You can type directly in these boxes or copy and paste from another document.

How will I know what my invites will look like? Do I get a proof?

Shortly after we receive your order we will send you emailed proofs for you to check and approve. We will only send your invites to print once you have checked the invites, emailed us and told us you are happy!

What happens if I have made a mistake with the wording/spelling?

Don't Panic! When we have received your order, we will email you a proof shortly afterwards for you to check, if you have made a mistake or want to make an amendment we can do this for you (at no extra cost) before you are ready to print.

What are the invites specifications?

• Flat invites are 14.8 cm x 10.5 cm
• Folded invitations are 14.8cm x 21cm.
• RSVPs are 14.8 cm x 10.5 cm
• Placecards are 8.5 cm x 11cm (folded to 8.5cm x 5.5cm)

How safe are my payment details?

100% safe; all payments are handled by Sage Pay (formerly ProTX), the world's largest online payments provider. They deal with your card details and all your information, meaning that we never store ANY of your card information.

Is delivery and envelopes included in the price?

Yes both the required amount of good quality white envelopes and delivery within the UK is included in the price.

How long will I have to wait until I receive my invites?

Once you have approved your emailed proof you can expect your printed invitations to be with you within 10 days.

Can I write on the invites?

Yes you can! If you want to personalise aspects of your invites (such as adding guests names etc) then go ahead, just leave appropriate spacing in your wording, or you can leave it completely blank (this can be nice for Thankyou Cards). If your chosen invite design has a dark background then white, silver or gold 'gel pens' look great!.

Or you can just write names on the envelopes, it saves a lot of time!
